No refunds can be made once gowns are ordered since each gown
is made to order. They are not returnable to the manufacturer.
This is standard in the bridal industry. The same policy exists
for all accessories.

Any authorized returns of non-worn stock merchandise will
include a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will
be charged if merchandise was shipped.

Normal shipping delivery of gowns can range from immediate
shipment to 14 weeks depending on manufacturer. Rush orders
are possible (at an extra cost).

Arnella’s Bridal Shop is not responsible for any customer
requests of size changes. Arnella’s Bridal Shop must order
the recommended size based on the manufacturer’s size chart.
Exact body measurements must be given at the time of order.

6% sales tax added to all taxable sales generated to the residents
of Pennsylvania only.

We ship anywhere in the United States. Customer pays all postage
and handling fees unless indicated otherwise.

All listed bridal gowns are new. Most are sample wedding gowns
that have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer
available to order. There are also bridal gowns listed that are currently
orderable since we prefer to keep inventory moving and purchase newer dresses.
Sample gowns have been tried on; therefore there may be a few missing or loose beads,
dust at the hemline, makeup stain or a small seam rip due to shop wear. However,
any major concern would be noted in the description of the bridal gown.
Since our salon is by appointment only, the traffic of shop wear is minimal by comparison.
Did you properly measure before placing your order? Formal
attire uses different sizing than street clothing. Please measure
for a proper fit. Please be sure to use the measurements listed
for the gown you are purchasing. Formal gowns sizes are very
unique, and generally run small of 1-3 sizes. Be very accurate
in your measurements. This will help cut down on your alteration
costs. Gowns that are two small or large will need the proper
alterations. Please be sure you have a good seamstress for a
proper fit.
RETURN POLICY

You may return any “Sale” wedding gown that you are unhappy
with and receive an internet store credit towards the purchase
of any other sale dress on the site. You must notify us of your
intent to return any wedding gown within 3 days of its delivery.
You will be charged a return/restocking fee of $50.00 and you
will be responsible for all shipping costs. All bridal gowns
must be received in original shipped condition, unused, unaltered,
and with all packaging. All return bridal gowns must be received
at our store within 7 days of your notification of intent to
return. All other sales are FINAL.
We will ship all “Sale” items within 3 working days of the payment received. Shipping charges for anywhere in the continental United States
is $20 for Bridal Gowns and Formal Wear Clearance Items and $15 for Flower Girl Clearance Dresses. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges are $45. International
orders must give us exact shipping address and we will inform
you of shipping charges.
