• Clothing and accessories are not returnable to the manufacturer. Therefore, No refunds are given once order is placed with the manufacturer.
• Any authorized returns of non-worn stock merchandise (internet sales only) will include a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will be charged if merchandise was shipped.
• Customer is responsible for size chosen. Please compare your measurements with the manufacturer's size chart and order accordingly so the dress will zip.
• 6% sales tax added to all taxable sales generated to the residents of Pennsylvania only.

All listed clothing is new. Some are sample wedding gowns that have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available to order. Current bridal, bridesmaids, and mothers dresses are also listed as we prefer to keep inventory moving. Sample gowns have been tried on; therefore there may be a few missing or loose beads, dust at the hemline, makeup stain or a small seam rip due to shop wear. However, any major concern would be noted in the description of the gown. Since our salon is by appointment only, the traffic of shop wear is minimal.

Formal attire uses different sizing than street clothing so Please measure for a proper fit. Please be sure to use the measurements listed for the gown you are purchasing. Formal gowns generally run small by 1-2 sizes. Be very accurate in your measurements. Gowns that are too small may not be able to be let out. It is always better to go bigger and have the dress taken in.

You may return any internet sale of a wedding gown or mother's gown that is in stock and on sale that you are unhappy with and receive an internet store credit towards the purchase of any other sale dress on the site. You must notify us of your intent to return any wedding gown within 3 days of its delivery. You will be charged a return/restocking fee of $50.00 and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. All gowns must be received in original shipped condition, unused, unaltered, and with all packaging. All return gowns must be received at our store within 7 days of your notification of intent to return. All other sales are FINAL.

We will ship all "Special Sale" items within 3 working days of the payment received. Shipping charges for anywhere in the continental United States are $15 for Formal Wear Clearance Items and Flower Girl Clearance Dresses. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges are $45. International orders must give us exact shipping address and we will inform you of shipping charges. Where indicated "FREE SHIPPING" - it is FREE only for those being shipped within the continental US. 

• No refunds are given once order is placed with the manufacturer since each gown is made to order. They are not returnable to the manufacturer. This is standard in the bridal industry. The same policy exists for all accessories.
• Once order is place, you are legally liable for the balance. Arnella's cannot assume financial responsibility for attendants quitting or weddings that are cancelled.
• Customer measurements and/or customer requested sizes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Measurements differences after initial measurement is responsibility of buyer; such as weight gain or extreme weight loss. Arnella's is not responsible for purchasing another size dress.
• Once order is placed, items are property of buyer and deposit is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for paying the balance even if wedding is cancelled.
• If alterations are included, they are to make the dress fit. Does not include additional items such as sleeve addition, making of shawl, bra cups, etc. Bustles are included. Alterations are done off-premise.
• Steaming/pressing of gown is not included with the price.
• Bridal gowns may be stored at Arnella's Bridal shop until fitting time. However, due to limited storage space, bridesmaids are required to pick up gown within 1 month after arrival at Arnella's.
• Normal shipping delivery of gowns can range from immediate shipment to 16 weeks depending on manufacturer. Rush orders are possible (at an extra cost). (Some bridal manufacturers can take up to 6 months.)
